Connect I.T. Solutions Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to any short message service (SMS), multimedia messaging service (MMS), text messages or “Mobile Messages” sent by Connect I.T. Solutions, Inc. ("Connect I.T.") to a customer’s mobile device. Please read these Terms carefully.

Opt-In for Promotional Mobile Messages

By opting in to receive promotional mobile messages from Connect I.T., you consent to receiving non-marketing transactional messages and promotional mobile messages such as special offers or coupons from Connect I.T. You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of any phone number you provide and have authority to consent to receiving mobile messages.

Help and Support Messages

Customers who provide a mobile phone number may also receive help and support Mobile Messages advising them of account notifications or announcements related to their Connect I.T. services. You do not need to opt-in to continue receiving these non-marketing transactional account and service-related messages.

Your Mobile Carrier's Message and Data Rates May Apply

You understand that by opting in to receive any mobile messages from Connect I.T., your wireless carrier may charge you for each text or multimedia message sent. Please contact your mobile carrier for details on specific fees and charges that may apply.

Updating Your Information

You agree to notify us immediately if you change your mobile number or plan to stop using the mobile number you have provided. You can also text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message from Connect I.T. to unsubscribe. We may terminate your receipt of mobile messages if your phone number changes, is disconnected, if you fail to pay your bill, or if this agreement is terminated.

Privacy Policy

You agree our Privacy Policy governs the use of any personal information you provide. Our mobile message programs may include tracking features to capture information like message timing/delivery status and other statistics.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to alter or cease providing mobile messages at any time without notice. We reserve the right to terminate mobile messaging in our sole discretion without notice and without liability to you, any user or a third party.

Entire Agreement and Governing Law

You agree to these Terms by enrolling, opting in, using or receiving our mobile messaging services. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining parts shall remain enforceable. This agreement is governed under California law without regard to its conflicts of law.
